Fayettechill LLC owner Mo Elliot was recently featured in a story and photo diary by the Small Business Revolution, a project of Minnesota-based Deluxe Corp., a design/marketing company and one of the largest check printers in the country.

In recognition of Deluxe’s 100th anniversary, the company plans to post 100 stories about entrepreneurs from throughout the country, in an effort to depict what it’s calling the Small Business Revolution on its website and through social media.

According to the Small Business Revolution website (www.smallbusinessrevolution.org), there is “a growing movement of small business owners betting on the power of human connection to change” the landscape of impersonal business in America.

Elliot is the 14th entrepreneur featured by the project, and photos by regular TIME Magazine and National Geographic contributing photographer Sahul Schwartz show the company’s in-house design sketches, young employees (all under the age of 27) interacting and scaling the store’s climbing wall, and Fayettechill Amber Farmhouse Ale craft beer, along with a photo of Elliot mountain biking and a photo of him driving, with the caption: “Mo Elliot, age 25, rolls into work to run a multimillion-dollar company.”

The accompanying story explains how Elliot started Fayettechill as a junior at the University of Arkansas, finding inspiration in the unique outdoor lifestyle available in the region, and how the company has grown into an 18,000-SF warehouse with 18 full-time employees.

Elliot said he has been working to take the brand national and hopes the coverage will help.
