Dr. Moussallem will join Sparks Health System

Dr. Charles Moussallem has joined Sparks Health System to work in the Renal Care Associates Clinic.
Moussallem earned his medical degree from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Medical Sciences. He finished his internship and residency at Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey and completed his nephrology fellowship at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Moussallem is trained to provide comprehensive care for the treatment of renal disease including: Acute and chronic kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy, renal failure, dialysis, hypertension, glomerulonephritis, fluid, electrolyte and acid-base disorders, and kidney stones.
Moussallem and his wife met in medical school and have a newborn baby girl.
“My wife and I look forward to starting our family and careers in Fort Smith,” Moussallem said.
He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
Moussallem will begin seeing patients Oct. 11, at Sparks Renal Care Associates located at 1500 Dodson Ave. at the Sparks Medical Plaza.
