Tower of Power on Pinnacle Hills Parkway
A new office building planned for the southeast corner of Pinnacle Hills Parkway and J.B. Hunt Drive in Rogers should be the tallest building in Benton County, said Derrel Smith, senior planner for the city of Rogers.
At 150 feet tall, the 10-story tower being built by Pinnacle Corner LLC, a Hunt Ventures holding, will be about 15 feet taller than the peak of the pyramid of the Embassy Suites hotel, currently the tallest structure in the county, Smith said.
The 180,000-SF building will sit on 7.15 acres according to the large-scale development plan submitted to the city’s Department of Planning and Transportation.
Plans for the building go before the Rogers Planning Commission for official consideration September 17.
John George, executive vice president at Hunt Ventures, said earlier this month pre-leasing for the building was at the point where construction could begin. George, however, did not identify the tenants.
Engineering for the site was provided by Crafton Tull of Rogers and the building was designed by Core Architects, also of Rogers.
