A high profile tenant of Pinnacle Hills Parkway in Rogers is bolting to Bentonville when its lease is up at the end of August.

Celebrate Arkansas magazine is moving its headquarters from the J.B. Hunt Parkway Tower to the Bentonville Train Station building in the 400 block of South Main Street, across from the Bentonville Public Library.

The building is owned by the Bentonville Library Foundation. Its most recent tenant, Nielsen Architecture LLC, recently moved into a new building in Bentonville at 1710 Commerce Drive.

Celebrate, a glossy monthly magazine “in the business of celebrating the people, places, and events that make Arkansas an exceptional place to live and visit”, was launched in November 2003 as Celebrate Northwest Arkansas magazine by the late Greg Ogden and Mari Taylor.

Ogden sold his 50 percent interest to Taylor just a couple of months later, and she remained the publication’s sole owner until December.

You read correctly. Taylor, we just recently learned, sold the magazine to a group of investors based in Texas.

She is still the publication’s editor-in-chief and publisher. Wylee Elliott, you may remember, was hired as executive editor earlier this year.
