Boating Safely Class

A Boating Safely class offered by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary will begin at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, March 16, at 3802 Grand Avenue.  The class is free and open to the public and, if taken and approved, meets the Arkansas state law for operating a motorized vessel.  Topics covered include navigation rules, vessel classifications, registration requirements, types of flotation devices, and many other safety issues.  For more information contact Clara Meyer at 479-806-8368.
