We inadvertently flip-flopped the 2010 and 2011 sales volume numbers of Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette in last issue’s annual list of Northwest Arkansas’ largest real estate firms.
The firm actually reported sales volume of $348.51 million in 2011, an increase of about 3.4 percent over its 2010 total.
Additionally, Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette’s corrected total means the firms included in the list saw a cumulative year-over-year jump in sales volume of about 13.8 percent rather than the previously reported increase of 12.3 percent.
