The League of Women Voters will host Aaron Bingaman, Director of Sebastian County Emergency Management, Monday, October 10, at Noon at the Fort Smith Golden Corral. League members and the public are invited to hear Mr. Bingaman discuss how prepared the area is for any kind of emergency or disaster.
