Arkansas Could Be Home To Two Silicon Valleys

Business Insider, an online news source, has published a list of 20 U.S. regions that could be "the next Silicon Valley."
Digging through Census data, Business Insider says that a budding technology economy could emerge from areas with a high level of broadband accessibility, a sizable workforce, a vibrant local economy, and the presence of a small college or university. All 20 areas also have unemployment rates as much as 5 points below the national average of 9.1%.
Two of the 20 regions are in Arkansas: Saline County (Benton) and Craighead County (Jonesboro).
