Hunt Ventures Finishes Rogers Retail Building

Hunt Ventures LLC recently finished a 9,500-SF retail building located at 2005 Promenade Boulevard in Rogers. The permit valuation on the building was $958,000.

Crossland Construction Co. was the general contractor, Dolle Electric Co. of Rogers is the electrical subcontractor and Arco Excavation & Paving of Springdale did dirt work.

Pinnacle Realty Group is the leasing agent.

Pre-leased tenants include Qdoba Mexican Grill, Kate Austin Jewelry & Gifts and TCBY.

The building is essentially complete, and build-outs are under way. The first retailer should open by mid-May.

About 2,300 SF is available and will lease for about $19.50 per foot, which includes sewer, trash, taxes and maintenance.

Signature Starts

3 in Liberty Bell

Devon Ross through his Signature Builders LLC of Springdale recently purchased three building permits valued at a combined $675,324 for single family homes in the Liberty Bell Estates subdivision of Rogers.

The homes will be in the 2,800 to 3,300-SF range and will list between $299,000 and $350,000.

Amenities will include granite countertops, real wood floors, central vacuums, irrigation systems, stainless steel appliances, stone fireplaces, fenced-in backyards, gutters, blinds and some with brick archways.

The homes are slated to be complete by early April. 

Toby Crawford of Crawford Real Estate is the exclusive listing agent.

Ross is supplying his own financing on the homes.

McLeod Iced

In Fayetteville

Nick McLeod recently purchased a 15,524-SF unit in the building known as the Ice House on West Ave. in downtown Fayetteville.

McLeod paid Tom Garrison, through his The Ice House LLC, $324,000 for suite No. 209.

Garrison paid $1.4 million for the building in 2004 and has renovated it into mixed commercial and residential space.
