Cameron Smith Associates topped the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s annual list of largest executive recruiters (ranked by number of employees) for the second consecutive year, with a staff hike of 44 in 2009 to 56 in 2010.
New to the list is Pinnacle Executive Recruiters. Formerly Pinnacle Corporate Staffing, its focus changed from full-service and temporary staffing to upper-level recruiting for salaried marketing and finance professionals in the retail industry.
Staffmark, serving retail and service, poultry, food, cosmetics and transportation industries, dropped to third this year, with Northwest Arkansas staff size decreasing from 20 in 2009 to 16 in 2010.
Stout Executive Search, previously unranked due to undisclosed information for 2009, ranked fourth this year with employee numbers increasing from four in 2008 to eight in 2010.
