Arkansas Best Corp. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 3 cents per share to holders of record of on Aug. 6, payable on Aug. 20.
Fort Smith-Arkansas Best Corp. posted a net income loss of $7.4 million for the second quarter of 2010. The second quarter earnings reflected a net loss of 30 cents per share, which beat the consensus of analyst estimates by 9 cents.
