Market Keeps Going Lower

Prices are down, there’s no doubt about it, judging from the Brewer buy, but we were taken aback when we found one 0.30 acre lot listed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. at 69 Gainford Drive in Bella Vista.

The asking price is a mere $250, or best offer. But that’s listed under “Bargain Properties.”

A search of other FDIC-owned property in Arkansas turns up a single residence in Little Rock, 39 Inverness Circle with no market price, and several in Northwest Arkansas.

There’s another vacant lot in Bella Vista with a market price of $500, and lots of raw land from Greenland, Springdale and Bentonville, listed between $18,000 and $1.24 million (the latter for 61.3 acres of “excess land parcel” in Bentonville).

There are two warehouse/industrial properties for sale in Rogers – one at 21504 E. Highway 12 for $78,375 and another at 2713 Old Wire Road for $330,585.
