40/29 News adds reporter in Fort Smith area

Kelly Johnson has joined 40/29 News as a reporter and will be based in Fort Smith and report weekdays for 40/29 News and 4029tv.com.
Johnson recently graduated with a bachelor’s Degree in broadcast journalism from Point Park University in Pittsburgh.
Johnson’s reporting has drawn national acclaim. While working for the Point Park University campus newspaper, Johnson researched and wrote an investigative story about a “Fat List” being used by the campus dance conservatory. The report was highly acclaimed and picked up nationally by CNN, according to the 40/29 News statement.
