Macintosh Computer Club Meeting

We are a Not for profit Apple Macintosh User Group. Guests are alway welcome to join us. 

 

 

Macintosh Computer Club Meeting, 1st Tuesday of every month !

 

Need information or advice about the Apple Macintosh computer system? Well here's where to find help if you need it and information if you're just curious.

 

This month we plan to take a look at Terminal Basics, using the terminal to control your system, as well as a program call Denoise 1.0, which can be used for cleaning up photos. Denoise improves photos taken under low light conditions, or with mobile phone cameras, as well as scanned images.

 

We may also have a demonstration using the new Apple MacBook Pro showing the special things you can do with Apple's new Advanced Touch Pad system.

 

And finally, we plan to take a look at "Apptrap 1.0.5. AppTrap pops up a dialogue asking if you'd like to delete all associated files with trashed applications, allowing for a more complete clean-up of your Mac.

 

Hopefully, we'll have a new AAAMUG Shareware DVD available full of software goodies for the Mac. Plus, on our website is a link to our Shareware of the month program, AppTrap 1.0.5.

 

As always, anyone interested in Macintosh computers or other Apple products and software is welcome to attend as our guest.
