Hammons Set To Show Boats

The Hammons Center in Rogers will host the 2008 Northwest Arkansas Premier Boat and Sport Expo Feb. 15-17.
With 5,800 attendees in 2007 and more than 7,000 projected for 2008, the Boat and Sport Expo is the second-largest consumer product show in the region and at least 22 exhibitors are listed on the event Web site nwaboatexpo.com.
The event, staged by GMS.Group, will benefit the Children’s House with half the proceeds going to the charity. Tickets are $3 per day or $5 for a weekend pass. Children under 14 are admitted free.
Additional exhibitors include fishing gear, fishing guides, dock and lift builders, solar power generators, diving gear, outdoor sports outfitters, resorts and time-share rentals, boat rentals, storage facilities, spas, sunrooms and marinas.
All Northwest Arkansas boat and ATV dealers will be represented with show incentives as well as on-site financing and insurance available.
