Firehouse Subs Finds Bentonville Location

The sub sandwich franchise made famous by its firehouse murals and hearty subs has landed its first Benton County location.

Tracy Bush, Firehouse Subs franchisee, has signed a contract to establish four Firehouse Sub restaurants in the Benton County area.

Bush has already brokered a deal for prime Bentonville space and is looking for additional leaseable space.

Duane Penner, owner of Commercial Connections Realty helped Bush negotiate a lease for 2,400 SF in the I.O. Metro retail strip on the corner of J Street and Walnut Boulevard in Bentonville.

Possible sites for the three additional locations include the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, U.S. Highway 412 and Pleasant Crossing.

Bush said she hopes to have the Bentonville restaurant running by February 6.
