Northwest Arkansas Granted CCIM Chapter

During their annual business meeting hosted recently in San Antonio, Texas, the CCIM Institute gave their seal of approval for the formation of a Northwest Arkansas CCIM chapter.

Many CCIMs in Northwest Arkansas had pushed for a regional chapter because of the growing number of CCIM certified commercial agents.

Prior to the chapters’ creation, the only CCIM chapter in the state was in Little Rock.

Cindy Morse of Equity Commercial Realty will serve as president-elect for the Northwest Arkansas chapter for 2008 and Butch Gurganus of Colliers Dickson Flake Partners will serve as the vice president. Other officers for the new chapter include: Dena Milburn of ISB Management, treasurer, and Jacci Perry of JP Realty.

Membership for the new chapter will be open to all area CCIMs and anyone in the commercial real estate profession.
