Chambers 3Q Past Dues Will Be Higher
We heard that Chambers Bank of North Arkansas laid off several employees at the end of the third quarter. But it’s not so, said president Justin Salter.
One person is gone, but he couldn’t discuss who or why, citing corporate policy.
But Salter did say the bank’s third quarter past dues will be higher than they were in the second quarter – somewhere in the 1 percent to 3 percent range, he thought.
“It wasn’t our best, and it wasn’t our worst,” he said.
