Firms Merge, Form Charles Burt A-1 Realtors

Charles Burt Realtors, one of the top real estate firms in southwest Missouri, is merging its Bentonville branch with Century 21 A-1 Realty Inc. of Bentonville.
The new firm will be called Charles Burt A-1 Realtors. Not much will change about the company besides the phone number, although six new agents will join the staff immediately.
Vicki Taylor, office manager at A-1, said the merger will allow the 26-year-old company a better opportunity to cover more areas.
Alan Burt, manager of Charles Burt Realtors, said the merger is a “good match” since A-1 has a solid reputation in Northwest Arkansas just as his company does in southwest Missouri.
Rich Shriver will be the manager of the firm. Charles Burt Realtors also has three offices in Missouri (Joplin, Neosho and Carthage) and another in Pittsburg, Kan.
