It appears the 50-50 partnership between The Barber Group and The Pinnacle Group of Rogers is a go with the March 5 incorporation of Pinnacle Barber Partners LLC.
According to a source, the partnership is for developing Promenade Pointe, which has formerly been called the Creekside Development. The land zoned for commercial is located north of the Pinnacle Hills Promenade.
