Chick-fil-A Begins Work Second Location
Chick-fil-A has started construction on a new restaurant at Tuscany Square, which is on the northwest corner of the Pleasant Grove Road and 26th Street intersection in Rogers.
Tuscany Square was developed by Wally Properties LLC of Fort Smith, which is comprised of John Alford and Charles Palmer. The retail center is about 50,000 SF, but only about 7,500 SF remains available for lease.
Current tenants at Tuscany include Starbucks, The Wooden Tee, and Dallas Real Estate Services, which is handling the leasing.
Lease prices depend on tenant finish outs.
Chick-fil-A Inc., which is based in Atlanta, is one of the largest privately-held restaurant chains in the United States and also has a restaurant in the Scottsdale Center in Rogers and two in Fayetteville.
