Peaks Reaches Peak?

Real estate agents have started offering the condos at the Peaks in Rogers for executive leasing, not just selling.

The condos were finished last month and are awaiting final cleaning before residents can move in.

So far, about 18 units have been spoken for out of 56 available: 10 units have contracts signed to sell, and about seven or eight contracts have been signed for leasing.

The units range from 1,500 to 3,000 SF, and are priced to sell from $199,000 to $379,000. Lease prices, depending on size and furnished or unfurnished units, range from $1,200 to $2,500 a month.

This is a contrast to the Reserve at Steele Crossing in Fayetteville, which is transitioning away from leasing property and selling them as condos.

We hear there are even more condos on the Rogers/Bentonville horizon, but sources are still working out details before they talk too much to our Whispers staff.
