Jeffrey Kemp has known that he wanted to work in commercial real estate since childhood. As a kid, Kemp constantly asked his best friends father, a commercial real estate professional in Little Rock, about the business. When Kemp graduated from the University Arkansas in 1999 with a degree in business finance, he moved back to Little Rock and took a job at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, biding his time until he could break into real estate.

In 2001, Kemp joined Dickson Flake Partners in Little Rock. After managing Dickson Flakes properties for two years, Kemp returned to Northwest Arkansas in 2003 when he accepted a sales and management position with Orion Real Estate Services. The firm made him a partner its youngest in 2005. Determined to build Orions portfolio, Kemp has helped the firm to close more than $20 million in real estate deals so far in 2006. He has also helped the company grow its lease holdings to more than 500,000 SF.

Kemp enjoys contributing to the growing culture and community in Northwest Arkansas and is an active member of the Fayetteville Rotary Club and the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. He spends much of his free time outdoors and likes to hunt, fish and stay in his cabin in the Ozarks.
