Siloam Gets Gated Community

Siloam Springs will soon have its first gated community, Club View Estates. Sharon and Rick Gray of Siloam Springs and Joe Eosco of Boston — the owners of the development, Pineapple Properties LLC, and Gray Construction Inc. — have begun site work on the 17.5-acre tract. Home construction could begin as early as June 1, pending final approval from the city.

We’ve heard the pretty parcel with rolling terrain and mature trees had been the envy of many over the years because it overlooks the Dawn Hill Country Club. But the Jane Haven family wouldn’t sell until two years ago.

Homes in Club View will have a minimum SF of 2,800-3,000 depending if they are one or two stories and will sell from $100 per SF. Lots will sell from $65,000-$85,000. The french-country homes will have required architectural shingles, 85 percent brick or masonry exterior, fully landscaped yards and decorative street lamps.
