Developers Increase Size of Pinnacle Suites
Things are poppin’ so fast at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers that it’s hard to keep up.
The latest is a size increase for the first building at The Shoppes at Pinnacle Hills, the office/retail/residential development just north of the J.B. Hunt Pinnacle Parkway Tower on Pinnacle Hills Parkway. The entire development is expected to reach 450,000 SF including about 50,000 SF of “out buildings” such as restaurants.
The first building, being called Pinnacle Suites, has grown from a three-story, 60,000-SF building to a four-story, 80,000-SF complex. It will feature retail space and restaurants on the ground floor and three additional stories of office space — much of which is already being leased. The architectural drawings are still being finalized, so a price tag is not yet set.
Two other buildings already planned for The Shoppes will total 100,000 SF and have retail and restaurants on the first floor with plush executive suites upstairs. Details about the suites are also still in the planning stages, but we’re hearing granite everything.
