Crafton Tull to Merge with I.C.E.
Crafton Tull & Associates of Rogers has a letter of intent signed to merge with I.C.E. of Little Rock. Tom Hopper, president of Crafton Tull, said the two companies have been talking about the merger for about two years. The deal should be final in April.
Hopper said, in addition to Crafton’s 130 existing employees, it will add a full civil and environmental engineering and surveying division to the 40-person staff of I.C.E. The number of additional hires is still being worked out.
The new company, which will operate under Crafton’s name, will occupy 20,000-SF of office space in the 80,000-SF building at 2 Financial Center in Little Rock.
