Creekwood Has New Hope

Four investors, who insisted on remaining anonymous for now, recently bought 25 acres at the intersection of I-540 and New Hope Road in Rogers. They apparently bought it from Steve Clary and plan to develop the site near the proposed St. Mary’s Hospital into mixed-use lease property for retail and medical office space.r
