Golf Entertainment Inc., the Springdale penny stock embroiled in a handful of legal spats and barred from trading its own stock in the state by the Arkansas Securities Department, did not file its quarterly report as scheduled on Nov. 20.

The report was actually due Nov. 15, but Golf filed for a five-day extension. Golf will have thirty calendar days to gets its filings current or be dropped from the www.otcbb.com trading board.

The company still faces a Dec. 17 hearing concerning more than $10,000 its former landlords are seeking in damages for delinquent rent and legal expenses. Golf vacated it’s headquarters at 1008 Clayton St. on Nov. 13 under the threat of eviction.

Jim Bolt, Golf’s chief operating officer, and John Dodge, its general counsel, have apparently started a new “reprographics” business called Atlantic Digital at 100 E. Emma Ave. in Springdale.
