Nick?s Restaurant Becomes Chloe
On Sept. 27, Shawn and Christie Keller changed the name of their restaurant on Fayetteville’s Campbell Street from Nick’s Fine Steaks & Seafood to Chloe (pronounced clo-e). They bought the restaurant in June but didn’t change the name then. Chloe is the name of their 7-month-old daughter.
The couple also is unveiling a new menu and wine list for fall and winter.
Both of the Kellers are graduates of the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. Shawn also serves as chef at Chloe.
Chloe is open from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday for lunch and from 5-10 p.m. Monday-Saturday for dinner. Reservations are recommended but not required.
