Gary Brandon of Gary Brandon Enterprises on Sept. 15 got a $980,000 loan from Arvest Springdale Bank & Trust Co. to continue building condominiums at Springdale Country Club.
rWith the latest transaction, Brandon purchased part of the 21-acre setting along the No. 9 fairway at SCC.
rIn the first phase of the upscale Churchill Cresent development, there will be 26 condominiums and one single-family lot on five acres.
rWhat is now the front nine of SCC, located at 4705 U.S. Highway 71 Business, was completed in 1997. It is located on the west side of 71B, across from the SCC clubhouse.
rThe condos will be priced between $199,000 and $269,000 and will range between 1,800 to 2,350 SF in size.
rEach condo will have its own golf cart garage. Construction on the first phase is expected to be completed by March.
