Jim Lindsey recently secured six building permits at a total value of $580,000 for the interior construction of suites at Kantz Center in east Fayetteville.
rThe 56,500-SF office/retail center is adjacent to the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market at the corner of Crossover Road and Arkansas Highway 265 on Citizens Drive.
rThe $1.2 million facility will be divided to suit tenants. Lindsey Construction Co. is handling the building.
