Sterling and Kay Anderson, co-trustees of the Anders Limited Family Partnership, are building an $870,000 warehouse at 2601 S.E. “J” St. in Bentonville. The 30,000-SF project is being financed by the Bank of Arkansas in Bentonville and the Bank of Fayetteville.
The facility has been preleased to Graebel Movers Inc. of Aurora, Colo., and is expected to be completed by October.
Architectural Construction Inc. of Springdale is the general contractor.
