AG Will Supply Centerton Grocery

Ralph Walker’s Allen Ralph & Carl Construction & Development Co. built the 21,000-SF Barry’s Apple Market on Commercial Street in Centerton. On July 6, People’s Bank & Trust Co. of Rogers provided the $600,000 in permanent financing needed for the project.

Barry’s, which will be supplied food by Associated Grocers, features deli, bakery and hardware sections. The facility is located on lots 13 and 14 of the Centerpoint Subdivision. The overall totaled around $1.75 million and occupies a little more than one acre of space.

Barry Cooksey, former owner of the defunct Barry s IGA on Arkansas 102 in Bentonville, will run the grocery.
