Jim Lindsey and Roy Stanley, through their Eastwood Apartments LP, got a $7.4 million loan Dec. 3 from First National Bank of Springdale to build a 216-unit apartment complex. Eastwood Apartments is on 21 acres at the corner of Mountain Road and Moody Lane in Springdale.
Lindsey Construction Co. has already begun construction, and several buildings are expected to be ready to lease by the end of March.
The complex will include 72 one-bedroom apartments that will each be about 540 SF in size and 144 two-bedroom units that will range from 713 SF to 851 SF. Monthly rent for all of the units will range between $395 and $495.
