Rylee Moving Car Dealership

Kent D. Rylee and Amy G. Rylee, managers of KAR Properties and owners of Kent Rylee Chevrolet-Oldsmobile of Rogers, bought 22 acres at the corner of New Hope Road and U.S. 71 business to build a new car dealership.

The Bank of Rogers provided the $450,000 in financing on April 12 for the site located between KFAA-TV, NBC, Channel 51, and the Shell Superstop.

The new property will allow Rylee to expand his dealership, which is currently on U.S. 71 business. Rylee’s plans call for a 37,000-SF facility that includes a showroom, offices and service area that will feature an additional eight service bays.

There will also be an additional two to three acres of lot space. Design bids are being let to both national and local firms.
