Pat and Myrna Pugh of 9300 W. Baltic Drive in Lakewood, Colo., refinanced a portion of their 171.25 rural acres near Arkansas Highway 59 in the Siloam Springs School District with a $570,000 loan from Community Bank of Fayetteville.

The Pughs purchased the total acreage in 1995 for $750,000 from James G. and Betty L. Cash.
