Millsap Center LLC, managed by Lindsey-Green Commercial Properties LP, got a $5 million loan May 21 from First Security Bank to build a 51,200-SF office center in Fayetteville.
The two buildings at 438 and 516 E. Millsap Road occupy lots five and six on a four-acre parcel of the city’s CMN Business Park. The management company, led by chairman Jim Lindsey, president Stanley D. Green and secretary Roy E. Stanley, is still seeking tenants.
Plans call for the two-story buildings, each about 25,600 SF, to feature high-end offices and have the same appearance from both the U.S. Highway 71 bypass and Millsap Road. Parking lots will surround both buildings.
