A Northwest Arkansas limited liability company is purchasing about 40 acres in Johnson (Washington County) with plans to build a specialized Women’s Health facility.

Interstate 540/Greathouse Springs Road Investors LLC is doing a private stock placement to raise the $1.4 million to help purchase the land, according to documents filed with the Arkansas Securities Department.

Three groups involved in the Women’s Health facility have already agreed to invest in the property. Park Hill Physicians will pay $500,000, NWA Physicians will pay $200,000 and Real Practices Inc. of Russellville will pay $100,000-$150,000. Two other groups affiliated with Women’s Health – MediSphere Health Partners and CareSelect Group – are not investing in the land purchase.

Another $560,000-$610,000 will be raised to complete the purchase of the land.

The first floor of the facility will be leased to MediSphere Health Partners, CareSelect, New Park Hill and NWA OB/GYN Associates. The second floor will be leased to New Park Hill and NWA OB/GYN Associates.
