J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc., the transportation logistics company, announced the addition of two new executives to its J.B. Hunt Logistics unit, a non-asset based engineered logistics management services company.

Joel Sutherland, formerly vice president of logistics for Formica Corp., was named senior vice president of supply chain integration. He will focus on the supply chain value creation initiatives at J.B. Hunt with current and prospective clients. Sutherland has held executive positions for Nippondenso, the Japanese auto parts manufacturer; CSX/Sea-Land Logistics, a subsidiary of CSX Corp.; International Paper Co., and ConAgra.

Also new to the company is David Roth, who has held positions with Manugistics and with American Software Co. Roth, who was named vice president of the unit, will be responsible for business development of systems technology and e-business capabilities.
