Burt and Donna Hanna refinanced two of their buildings for Hanna’s Candle Factory Outlet Inc. with a $500,000 mortgage through NationsBank of Fayetteville.
The note given by the Hannas’ holding company, JB Hanna LLC, includes a 15,000-SF retail store at 632 E. 15th St. in Fayetteville and a 10,000-SF storage facility.
Both are located on a 3.3-site owned by the Hannas.
