From Disneyland to . . .

It won’t include Space Mountain or fighting Pirates of the Caribbean, but Disney will be in Northwest Arkansas this summer. The Springdale Chamber of Commerce has landed a date with the prestigious Disney Institute to present a half-day seminar on customer service.

Details were still being worked out at press time, but we hear that the video conference will be presented on the morning of Aug. 17 at the Holiday Inn of Northwest Arkansas. The program is highly respected and should appeal to customer service representatives, managers or anyone interested in building and preserving good customer relations.

Expect to hear further details, including registration fees, soon.
