Firm Gets Grip on New Building

Jorgensen & Associates Consulting Engineers of Fayetteville is building an 11,000-SF office complex at 124 W. Sunbridge Drive in Fayetteville. David L. Jorgensen, the company’s owner, received a $716,000 mortgage March 17 from McIlroy Bank & Trust of Fayetteville for the project.
The facility, on a one-acre lot at the corner of Keystone Street and Sunbridge Drive, will be called Keystone Center and will be Jorgensen & Associates’ new home. The firm’s offices will take up around 3,000 SF of space, and Jorgensen is looking for at least two more tenants to lease space.
Construction on Keystone Center is expected to be completed in August.
