Fieldstone Homes LLC, a Bentonville construction company, received a $1 million mortgage March 3 that is being used to refinance its remaining lots in the Crystal Heights Subdivision, which are Lots 34 and 35.
Dan Dykema, Fieldstone’s general manager, signed for the loan with the Bank of Arkansas in Bentonville. He is also the bank’s president.
