The Maxillo Facial Surgery Center, owned by Dr. Scott Bolding and Dr. Steve Skoch, recently opened its new 7,000-SF surgical center at 2926 W. Huntsville Ave. in Springdale. BSW Holdings LLC, a holding company owned by Bolding, received a $1.1 million long-term mortgage Feb. 23 from McIlroy Bank & Trust for the facility that occupies Lot 13 of the Central Village development.
Dr. Brian Whittaker’s practice, which features endodontic and maxillo facial surgery, occupies almost half of the new building. The facility includes an out-patient surgical suite, advanced laser surgery equipment and the latest in technology.
The center also offers facial cosmetics, facial reconstruction, dental implants and surgical extractions. The practice has a branch office on Joyce Boulevard in Fayetteville.
