We told you that Doe’s Eat Place in Fayetteville was going to begin serving lunch March 24. Well, it did, for a few days, then Doe’s stopped serving a mid-day meal.

The restaurant, which opened in February at 318 W. Dickson St., plans to resume the lunch service “this summer.” In the meantime, Doe’s is still open for dinner every night of the week except Sundays.
