Suzie Stephens, owner of Nibbles Gourmet Catering and Nibbles Food Emporium, plans to open an upscale restaurant, Cafe Nibbles, by May or June.
The new restaurant will be at 3290 N. Lee Ave. in Fayetteville, in the building where Stephens’ catering operation is headquartered.
The 1,000-SF dining room will seat about 70 people, she says. A foyer will be constructed on the south side of the building and will seat another 18 people.
Stephens moved her retail store to Fayetteville’s Market Square shopping center last October.
