The buildings that once housed Sutter Supply Inc. in Springdale were sold June 5 in a $590,000 deal.

Sutter Supply, a wholesale and retail carpet sales company started in 1993, filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy Oct. 17 and the company’s property was sold from the bankruptcy court. The deed for the property was signed by John T. Lee as trustee of the company’s assets.

Jeston Lynn Fulton, doing business as Fulton Properties Ltd., bought the property. The purchase was financed with a $585,000 mortgage from Arkansas National Bank of Rogers. The loan was signed by Fulton and his wife, Phyllis.

The property includes a 31,000-SF warehouse, a 9,000-SF warehouse and 4,000 SF of office space. The warehouse space is leased by ETA Transportation Inc. The office space is being remodeled and will be available within a month.
