New Apartments in Siloam Springs

Construction of the Spring Valley Apartments in Siloam Springs is being financed with a mortgage from One National Bank in Little Rock.
Jim Lindsey received the$271,066 loan as president of Spring Valley Apartments Management Company Inc. The loan is secured by 10.4 acres along Arkansas Highway 16 in Siloam Springs.
Lindsey plans on building 144 apartments within 12 buildings at the development. Work has begun and the first building is scheduled for completion in September. The remaining buildings are scheduled for completion in November.
The apartments will range in size from 538 SF for the smallest one-bedroom unit to 978 SF for the largest two-bedroom apartment. The apartments will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, playground and fitness center.
Spring Valley will be the second apartment complex Lindsey has built in Siloam Springs. He also owns Delmar Apartments, a 64-unit complex he built about 12 years ago.
