Rufino’s Mexican Restaurant at 2605 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville closed in early July.
Raymond Rufino Montez, owner of the eatery, had leased the 2,800-SF building from Dash Goff.
Goff has commissioned Howell Trumbo of Trumbo & Co. commercial properties to sell the building and one-half acre of land.
Montez, 50, was arrested July 8 in Fayetteville for driving while intoxicated and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, a felony punishable by 10 to 40 years or life in prison. He couldn’t be reached for comment.
