Hampton Inn Secures $1.5 Million Mortgage

The Hampton Inn at 735 S. Shiloh Drive in Fayetteville was mortgaged June 8 for $1.5 million.
Nirvam Inc. of Springdale received the mortgage from First National Bank of Springdale. The loan was signed by Narendra M. Krushiker as president of Nirvam.
Nirvam bought the 1.75-acre tract of land in 1994 for $128,000 from Mind Inc., which had bought the land May 29, 1991, for $125,000.
The 60-room, 29,640-SF hotel was built in 1995. It was appraised last year for $1.38 million.
